Friday sunny selfie for the second day running I have had Rocky out before 8 before it got to hot and so later in the morning I got my jobs done down town


Just before 9 I got a letter I got a phone call from the hospital to make a appointment for a MRI scan so I have got a letter for an tell phone appointment in a couple of weeks time they are coming in thick and fast now


Then now I cm aloud to start visiting Keith but what we have to do is ring up and make a appointment for a slot but a the moment they are only doing 15 mins at a time but that is better than nothing so if all gose to plan I will see him next Thursday
