Maternity Ward

Our backyard is turning into a bird maternity ward.  I have earlier posted about the baby red-tail hawk in our pine tree.  We also have a little nest just above our kitchen back door.  This is the father bird.  He has taken over our patio to guard the nest.  I don't know what type of bird he is.
