Eugene, Oregon Opening Up Slowly

Oregon is beginning to open up slowly.
I so hope the process is carried out mindfully.
I saw a modern young skate boarder lady who appropriately, and quite stylishly, wore her face mask.
I'm cheering for her as she protects me!
