We're shoeing in the rain.... and snow!

Today was our snow shoeing day; we woke to rain, lots of rain.

We set off with our guide and went to Les Houches to start our walk, it was still raining! On went the snow shoes, there was lots of snow on the ground, even if it was raining and off we set. After quite a while the rain turned to snow but by then we were rather wet. We stopped for lunch outside some chalets and this is where the blip is taken. The way back was quicker and once again the snow turned to rain. By then we had found out which parts of our clothes were not waterproof and were very soggy.

Despite the rain we both enojoyed it and would like to do it again.
