Dappled light.

A customer has a mound in her front garden and across the top we've been developing an area of wild flowers, the 'moon dasies' (a new name for me) have taken off really well. This is a picture taken for my lovely lady but it's also the picture to mark today.

Normal working day but when I got home some plants I ordered in early April had been delivered from a small nurseries in Suffolk. It's been a really lovely interaction, they were quite open about extended delivery times due to the current circumstances but 2 weeks after the expected delivery I did email for assurance. Earlier this week I had a phone call from them apologising for not letting me know the plants had not grown enough for the initial delivery but we're now ready. In the box was an extra plant and a copy of their beautiful book, 'Wootens of Wenhaston, A plantsman's guide' as a gift for my patience.
I will definitely be visiting their website again!
