Transformation

Do you remember the aubergine from 19th May, well here it is transformed into a moussaka. Not an authentic one, as I’m not keen on the bechamel sauce that goes on top so I just went for a cheese topping.
In other news I had the car valeted, I can’t believe how much better it looks.
