Walking

Been walking all the walks available on this side of town. I particularly like Leith and all the wildlife that gather at the kirkgate- some of who I know from time spent living in the various b&bs in the area.. 
So I visited a pal and we spent time reflecting on life and the things we should have done different, but also how a good laugh can really fill the gaps and voids. 
Later I tried working out again and couldn't believe how depleted my strength is since leaving jail. Watch this space! My new purpose will be getting back to peak fitness over the coming weeks.
