Backyard landscape

We went to see our friends Gary and Paula for a happy hour. Their backyard is wonderfully landscaped, and each and every plant has been planted by them over the course of many years. They all bloom, at one time or another, and because the yard slopes up instead of being flat it is easy to see everything. They have all manner of birds and butterflies visiting and some California quail as well. Easy to spend hours just observing everything going on.
