Changing Lanes

Wow. Lots happened yesterday and that is the result of this back-blip.

I woke up at 4:14 AM and aranged all of my bike riding stuff together. I then hopped into my car and drove an hour to my friend Steve's house. At Steve's I met up with his sister and two other bike riders. We puzzled all of our bikes, bags, and bodies into one vehicle and drove from Holliston MA to central CT. At 8 AM we met up with Steve.

Steve has been cycling up the east coast for two weeks while he was on spring break. At the same time, he was raising awareness for a rare disease his mother is recovering from, Amyloidosis.

Steve is still a kid and continues to blow me away. In total, he raised over $42,000 in a few months of effort.

I was honored to help pull him home during his last 90 mile ride.
