Wish it was summer

The physiotherapist did a lot of work on my shoulder today, but says I need painkillers from the doctors to make the situation bearable until the muscle has built up, which is going to take quite a while :(.

After the appointment I went for a little walk along the beach -it was windy but warmish and very sunny. It makes me want summer to arrive now.

I get a lovely 5am alarm tomorrow for work, hopefully training will be better than it has been in previous weeks.
