Did some cleaning and then Betsey Ju arrived. We had coffee and then went for a walk around Bradwell Abbey and up to Loughton. had a late lunch in the garden when we got back didn’t sleep well Last night so other than some shopping at Kingston didn’t do much after she left. Wasn’t good at taking photos so only have this rather pretty blue flower/ don’t know what it is though
