Sulphur-Crested Cockatoos

A big flock of cockatoos landed in a perfect rectangle on the oval behind my workplace just on dusk. By the time I got there they’d been disrupted by a ball game and had moved on to the Cooks River. Landing first in one mangrove, then taking off for the next, they seemed to be following the river towards Botany Bay.
