exit stage right ....

It's been not quite two years since I started my blip journey, I've had peaks and troughs and I've seen many very fine photographs ( and some not so fine)
I wasn't sure where I would end up but I've decided to end it here and now, this is my last ever blip.

I don't leave with a heavy heart or any sadness, I've just come to the end of what I can do and it's time to move on.

Yesterday I deleted my Facebook account, for some odd reason my friends thought that I was about to "top myself" I haven't the faintest idea why.

I think I have made some great blipmates especially Cameron, Jen and Brian C. I've even met a few of you which has been nice. My photographic journey has taken me to places that I have never been to before, including todays, which incidentally is on the beach at Bamburgh, behind the Castle. In the distance you can see the Farne Islands.

I never really blogged as I wasn't sure what blip was really about at first, however I now look at like through a camera and I've had a few over the two years, I've taken thousands of photographs and photography became obsessive.

I was going to count down to zero but on reflection I felt that was precocious so instead I end it here. I'll be out on the beaches and hills of Northumberland and Durham and if you do happen to spot me. I'll be the one cloud watching and gazing at the waves, say hello I might even buy you a cuppa.

I'll still be snapping away but not as frequently, if you want to see anymore of my stuff you can see me Here I hope that you all continue to be blip happy and I would leave you with this...
