Limes and Roses

I've lost count of the number of times I've blipped autumn colour this year.  This rose (Scarlet Cascade) is a miniature in the front garden, and it's never ever shown autumn colour before.  Just goes to show what a few cold nights can do.  It's been more than a few to be totally truthful, but I'm not going to quibble.

The lime tree is only two years old, and we have a crop of 10 limes, and they are big ones.  That means I can make more lime curd, which I will do over the next few days.
