Snapper

We planted my mother's flower garden today, Hubby was trimming up around the shore when he came across this lady snapping turtle laying her eggs. I kept my distance as not to disturb her and when we returned a few hours later she had covered them and moved on. It was a nice event to witness. The garden is all planted, trees trimmed up bank cut and the place looks well groomed thanks to our cousins and my sister and brother in law and hubby. It was a busy day but we got a lot done.
