Back to work

Up early - hubby out for a bike ride, while I took the dogs for a lovely half hour walk.

Back home, back to usual morning routine.

In to work early - a day of meeting, gap, meeting etc. Not always the best thing when coming back after a weeks holiday (many emails to wade through).

Finished late, popped round to AJs care home to pick up some items, AJ walked to the reception and guided by a career to remain 2m distance we had a quick chat (even though she couldn’t see me she felt better hearing my voice direct, rather than on the phone). she looked well, happy.

Noticed this lovely flower from a planter purchased at the weekend - love the colour :)
