This Is A Sad Story

I took this photo this afternoon in Crystal Lake Park. One of the few parks in Champaign/Urbana with a lake. We used to have lots of Geese in this park until the park decided there were entirely too many. So their answer was to destroy about 85% of them. Today I found fewer that 25 still there. This one was one the lucky ones. He's still alive. This really breaks my heart. I grew up right across the street  from this park.
