Paying Respects

Our neighbour died last week. Today was his funeral. We moved here 31 years ago today so we’ve known him that long. In the current pandemic situation we were obviously not attending the funeral so all the neighbours gathered (socially distanced) at the end of the street to pay our respects as the funeral cortège passed.
