Victor Hugo

After the gym this afternoon, I took a nice stroll around Candie Gardens, where we have a statue of the famous Victor Hugo.

For the non Guerns, you might be interested to read this page. It was in his Hauteville, Guernsey house that he wrote (we are told, standing up) Les Misérables. I have yet to visit this house (5 minutes from where I live), so this is on the to do list for this year.
