A Lane Less Travelled

Out and about on our afternoon wander around the neighbourhood, we entered previously uncharted territory and came across this lane. (Just as well too because I thought we were in a cul-de-sac.) It dropped us out onto the main road exactly where we were headed. An added, if unplanned, bonus.
It’s been a cracking day, almost too warm with the sun on our backs heading home. No complaints though!
