7.5 km on the treadmill, an afternoon in the garden and a walk in the evening.

As I had applied feed and weed to the front lawn yesterday I had to give it a good watering [within 48 hours]  - main blip. The extra is from the evening walk.

Tuned into the Dominic Cummins statement from the No 10 Rose Garden. I can't believe his sheer arrogance - no apology - no offer to resign - no recognition of the damage he is doing to undermine the public health message.
