The Old Allotments
Now the lockdown is beginning to ease I find I'm getting used to days not doing much - especially as it's been very warm which is not conducive to activity. We are very slowly getting the motorhome ready for a trip somewhere but I expect however long we have, it will be a rush at the end.
An Ocado delivery early afternoon and a walk to the allotment to do the watering - so I took advantage of wandering into the 'old' section to find another shed - this one had two chairs outside but not much use now for their original purpose. I used my old Panasonic as for yesterday's blip but it's too frustrating and not worth the effort getting to know - too limited in control.
Last Camera Club of the Season this evening and, despite not what we would have originally planned, it was really good fun. We had a brief summary of the year and an outline of the summer challenge before pausing for our party food and drinks. Then it was on to a quiz prepared by one of our members which was really good fun - lots of banter and jokes along the way.
In spite of the changes and challenges brought about by COVID-19 we have still enjoyed our photography and are looking forward to a new season in September.
