Great Spotted Woodpecker (Dendrocopos major)

Being stuck at home shielding limits blip opportunities to basically what is in flower or what visits the feeders.  I took shots of various flowers but fortunately in the evening the male Great Spotted Woodpecker put in appearance.  They tend to be very easily frightened so it was a case of ease out of the chair, crawl to get the camera and poke it over the table to get the shots.

Most of the rest of the day was spent doing some photoshop work for Katkatkat ready for a thank you to the volunteers she works with when the charity hasn't her working from home.
