First sighting.

As I was cycling to Home Park via the Skylark area in Bushy Park I spotted this mother and calf in the mist. With my zoom lens I was able to get a reasonable photo - I try to give these lovely creatures space - they are vulnerable, and the bracken, such as it is, is sparse this year so they have little place to hide their young.
I had a close encounter with a kestrel this morning - it literally landed a my feet - see my extra photos.
