The pollen works

This is the centre of the daisies I blipped on the 10 May; they have been relaxing on a warmish windowsill and continued to develop and produce pollen.  Slowly the leaves are turning back now and I suspect sadly that they will die off within a few days.
I've had a great day - I went and visited a friend who is sadly suffering with this continuing lockdown and enjoyed a coffee and chat - I will go again next week; then this afternoon grand daughter cycled down with mum and bro and we sat in sunshine chatting and drinking cold water.  She left me some treats - she's been baking again.  Lucky me.
No wonder my waistband is shrinking . . .
