Snoozing on the ramp above the river in the morning sunshine. You can just see adult feather patterns starting to appear.


I'm sleeping very little at the moment : very tedious. My Hip is so tight and painful by the end of the day. I'm treating it gently : small walks, regular stretches, Mac on high window sill rather than sitting .
