Not The Brisbane River

Choir began again today so I headed down to Brisbane. It's always a fun morning with a group of great people.

The Brisbane River is muddy and full of floating debris after the storms so instead of the watery blip I'd planned, here's a view of Queen Street in the city centre. I like the varied architectural styles that rub shoulders here. It's largely a modern city yet has pieces of history here and there.

Last day in Aus tomorrow for a few weeks. I'm starting to think about gloves and woolly hats ... yet hoping for a mild landing in England.
