A touch of freedom!

10 weeks ago today was our last day of freedom to shop and get the necessary bits and pieces as we pleased. We have been good and followed the guidelines, but I'd had enough and wanted to walk in old haunts and do a bit of shopping.

We headed over to Whisby Garden Centre for some new pots and a supply of potting compost. I have a collection of pots damaged over the winter and held together with Gorilla glue and gaffer tape, not pretty!!
The centre was well organised and not too busy. I got the basics and will be back when I've worked out what needs doing next.

We then had a lovely walk round Whisby Nature Park. It was a warm day, without any wind and the trees gave us shelter from the sun. Amber had a belated party running around on her lead investigating the smells on the path.

I really felt the benefit of the change of scenery and fresh air :0)
