Clearing

I had Friday off of work and today is a Saturday so I have been able to spend a couple of mornings at the allotment.  Andy has walked Merlin and then come via the allotment to assess my progress!  It has been quite hard going clearing this area of brambles, bind weed and other perennial weeds but I am getting there.  Some of the bramble root balls were the size of a small football!  I'll be leaving some bramble so we get blackberries but will keep it under tight control.  Also revealed are various rhubarb bushes which will stay (but in split up) and two goose berry bushes that will also remain.
