Ultra professional lockdown studio set up for my video recording today. After a dozen expletive filled out-takes I finally got one in the can.

Apart from that there was a lot of mulling and procrastinating and a virtual mountain bike ride.

Tried to ignore the press conference in the Rose garden by the unelected special advisor as there’s only so many times you can listen to someone taking the piss out of us all.
