Avoidance

Out the back in the sun just after nine for some pedalling. Two playlists compiled in a conceptual fashion to resemble Sides A and B of a cassette - so my 'hour' wasn't quite that all told, more like twenty eight and a half minutes, then a short break to 'turn' the 'tape' over, followed by another twenty nine minutes approx. It worked for me, it keeps the interest up, the legs feel decent, the graphic/photographic nature of the whole enterprise is something that I enjoy.

And for much of the rest of the day I sat outside with Christopher Isherwood, lunch, a couple of IPAs, and left my phone in the house so I wouldn't look at it. News avoidance for a change. No doubt will catch up with it all later.
