Ol' Blues Eyes

Got up early and walked to the nature reserve.  Did I see any of its inhabitants?  In a word, no!  I did, though, see and talk to a very nice Irish woman trailing her camera around.  We agreed that having come back after re-opening with the expectation of seeing all the creatures in holiday mode, they had, in fact, mysteriously disappeared!  They'll be back, but I guess it may take time.

So instead you have a blip of Ol' Blue Eyes, this very handsome cat who I see in the Close sometimes.  Presumably Siamese, though so thick-furred it looks crossed with a polar bear. Edit: I'm told it's either a Birman or a Rag Doll cat, so I've learned something today - thank you, Angelique x
