Khaki Green eggshell.

Presumably a pheasant egg.  Quite cleanly broken, nowhere near a hedge or thick grass where a pheasant may have nested, nor under a tree where a predator may have stood while breaking in.  If broken open on the ground, then presumably a corvid managed to carry it off whole (larger than a pigeon egg) and then did a neat job on the ground in the open.
