Walk with Mum

Today I met Mum for our first socially distanced walk together. We were pleased to see the swan family out and about. We sat for a while at opposite ends of a bench to chat and enjoy the peace and quiet. It was about 1.5 miles about enough for her as she’s not been out much. This afternoon I had a snooze in the sun and then did some stone painting and gardening. BBQ for dinner and then is sat and sorted through some old photos. For recent birthdays I’ve had to rummage around and it made me remember I wanted to sort out the best ones of the time my husband and I spent living in California. It’s a big job and I think I’ve got in a muddle with the chronology so will leave it for tonight and come back to it.
