Lockdown baking continues. Lemon drizzle cake this week. Which turned out well.

Blip is of the best bit though, scrapping the bowl. Brings back those childhood memories of being called through for this magical treat.

Now my mum will likely reply to this blip, saying that she didn't bake much when we were kids. But I have that memory. And the even better one: getting to lick the spoon and scrape out the condensed milk tin :-)
