A Drive in the Country

It was just the right day for a drive in the country today and I took a friend out to Mayfield Gardens for a quick walk around.  It was FREEZING, but we enjoyed it all the same even though most of the Autumn colour had disappeared.  We decided to drive back to Wombat Hollow via Tarana and it proved to be the highlight of the day.  I was so pleased to be able to take a shot of this beautiful viaduct on the way home.  I blipped it a few years ago now and sorry to say I haven’t had time to find it before posting my image tonight.  It was wonderful to see the countryside looking so lush and green.  I was so pleased to see the fire still churning away when I arrived home.
