Bad day

I need the message inscribed on this mug today. Had an awful day after my friend had a mental breakdown and I had an incomprehensible stupid email from an academic. After a good cry I managed to get to my meeting and see my friends. We went to see a really weird French play. Think I'll have strange dreams tonight!
