Included in the package left to me by my predecessor was every conveyance since then of the plot and house then built on it, including that to her parents in 1960. All meticulously written either onto blank paper or onto printed forms.

The records of the 2020 conveyance that my successors probably won't acquire is a series of tetchy emails with my solicitor about a contract that gets the address wrong.
