Bow

Got up earlier than usual and has a nice 20 mins exercise on the bike rollers. Last 8 minutes were constant riding with no falls, maybe getting the hang of it!

Usuall drive to work, terrible traffic with no chance to shoot ant landscapes.
After karate training I spied Hannah's art project AHHH something to shoot in an emergency, hence the Bow and feather!
