Sunday Sunrise
"Spectacular" is the best description of our Southern California morning. Those clouds eventually pulled together to make one massive dark blanket over our city and I am delighted to report that "it rained" for at least an hour, maybe more. Of course, when I don't have to be out in it, then the rain is most enjoyable. Several times the sun broke through and for the remainder of the day the clouds have performed magnificently making it very difficult to do anything but watch the performance in the sky.
I filed, or shredded and threw away lots of outdated or unimportant paperwork today and that felt good. I still have the projects of my two Thursday classes to grade and last night I graded all the papers from my Tuesday class.
This week presents the opportunity to attend the TechEd Conference for Educators at the Convention Center in the city of Ontario, just 18 or so miles from here. I am looking forward to attending some workshops and seeing the latest technology in the exhibition hall.
I hope everyone has something exciting or comforting to look forward to this week. I hope to see all of you right here in Blipland.
Good night from Southern California.
Rosie, aka Carol
