Slow and steady.

I didn’t get yo fur my run. In fact I stayed in bed til after 9.30!!!
Went to sort an elderly neighbours printer out.....in her garden so it was safe.
Did lunch and then took us for a walk to fly the kite in all the wind. Lovely.
We decided to have a fish and chip supper. Nice and easy. Yum too.
Quiz night tonight then hopefully a run tomorrow.
