Asking A Favour As It's that Time Of Year ...

You don't have to like crows etc but there are some things that help all nature - Birds hatched and raised in 'bucket nests' ( not just crows ) have to leave before they can fly .This entails a mighty fall . Usually 10 days before flight is possible ..Parents keep an eye on them and help feeding ,but ...Many people want to to take a  bird home .Please don't .It will never find it's parents again .Note :) 
Only if a bird is injured call a registered bird rehabilitation  facility ..Birds need a lot of help .a) parents do it best b) after that such registered facilities are great . .This group is still  four .Every day I wonder and am impressed at the youngsters and their parents ..
Note to Cat Owners..Can you keep cats indoors for a while .I know many do but fledglings stand no chance ..End of my request and if you can pleaae pass the message on . For all birds it could make a difference ...
if you are worried , watch from a distance quietly . See if adults turn up .
They check their youngsters approx every 30 mins ...
