LD 60. Sweet scented blooms.

Wet day. Windy. Indoors until after Family FaceTime. Late evening walk in a dry interlude. My wife and I ended up in the back lane on the way home. Once again the sweet scent of the hawthorns was noticeable, even though damp. And the clusters of white flowers dominated some branches; I like too that some flowers are tinged with pink. The wee toothed leaves looked so healthy. There were no birds or insects around this evening - but we know the hawthorns are popular with wildlife.
