Day off

I’ve not been feeling well for a couple of days so have missed blipping. I had decided to take a day off today to have a break from the busyness of work. So today I had a relaxing morning and started working on a quiz ready for my husbands birthday zoom call tomorrow. A walk before lunch and then a drive to a local brewery to pick up some beer for tomorrow. It’s the furthest I’ve been since lockdown so felt strange. My husband drove and I just waited in the car. On the way back I dropped some gifts off to a friend who lives alone and who is finding things tough at the moment. We chatted at a distance at her door. It was nice to see her. After dinner we had a family film night and watched Groundhog Day. Presents are all wrapped ready for tomorrow....
