Online book festival

Friend R told me that the Hay Book festival was on this week so I looked at the programme. It started today and I booked a few events. Two for today. I listened to the talk by Americal feminist Gloria Steinem. Very interesting lady. She certainly doesn’t like Mr Trump! Now in her 80’s she has lived through sometimes of great change. My second event was a talk by Naomi Oreskes on her book ‘Why Trust Science’. An interesting lady who spoke very eloquently. A very interesting talk.
Weather wise it has been ‘a blustery day’!
