Abstract Thursday ....

.... Favorite color.

So ... is yellow my favorite color?  Not necessarily ... but I do like it.  It's so sunny and happy! 

Here's how I ended up with a yellow abstract .....

Today Richard decided to take half a day off from work so that we could go out this afternoon to see some beautiful canola fields that we had read about in the paper.  The ironic part to all this is the fact that the article in the paper said the farmers were annoyed with some of the people coming to see the beauty of their fields because they are walking out into them and trampling some plants.  But it's the article itself that's attracting more people ... including us.  However, we stayed out of the field so as not to injure any plants!  I have added an extra of one of the fields we saw ...isn't it gorgeous!

On the way home we made a couple stops before returning home.
