Updates from the garden (and back step)

The garden is normally awash with poppies at this tome of year. This year, oddly, only this one has grown. And it’s grown on the back door step, literally in the door. Rosie posed unasked, sniffing the breezes.

It turns out I will not be growing any courgettes or squashes this year. Bastard snails.
