River Collage

I'm not sure why I'm drawn to collage for this series of images produced from a walk along the river this morning. Perhaps something of the frustration of how to share something of the experience.
As usual better looked at in large if you're able.  
Poor Ma Swan is still sitting her remaining eggs. I wonder how does she decide when to give up on them. Perhaps she's never had to deal with this before.

My attempts to buy a lens on e bay came to nothing again : the seller removed the lens from sale 3 days before bidding ended. I thought I was about to get it and the price seemed fair.
I may cave in to buying a new one from Wex.
