Flower Friday 22_2020 :: FF22_2020 :: Red Jasmine

aka Jasminum beesianum, according to the Gardener's World App this has no particular known value to wildlife in the UK.

It is a vigorous climber that has hitched a ride on my honeysuckle and ivy-clad fence. The bees love it plus Wrens and Blue Tits find plenty of bugs as they search it. There is even a bird's nest in its depths so GW needs to rethink its advice methinks... ;o)
