Hamamelis x intermedia 'Diane'

Dunham Massey today, it was supposed to be Attingham but we didn't manage to get out in time. It was a bit cool with a biting wind. Managed a selection of Hamamelis and we met some obliging carrion crows. I always think they are very intelligent, they look very knowing. We spotted the deer in the distance but didn't get close.
